Boiler Scrappage Scheme

With the success Boiler Scrappage Scheme throughout England we are please to announce that the scheme has been extended to Scotland and Wales.The Welsh Boiler Scrappage Scheme commenced on April 6th 2010.
The scheme is available to 5,000 Welsh residents who are over 60 years old with an inefficient G-rated boiler. Successful applicants will be awarded a £500 voucher towards the cost of replacing their old G-rated unit with an A-rated energy efficient boiler.
Applicants can apply for their Welsh Boiler Scrappage Scheme voucher on 0800 316 2816 or at www.heeswales.co.uk. The £500 voucher is to be presented to the appointed registered installer who will be carrying out the boiler installation work. Note: only installers registered on the scheme can be used to install the appliance. Installers who wish to become registered on the scheme have to register at http://www.heeswales.co.uk/installer-registration.htm
The Scottish Boiler Scrappage Scheme will commence from May 24th 2010.
The scheme is available for up to 5,000 eligible Scottish homeowners will receive a £400 voucher towards the cost of replacing their old G-rated unit with an A-rated energy efficient boiler.
The Scottish Boiler Scrappage Scheme is to be operated through the Energy Saving Scotland advice network, which will issue the £400 vouchers from May 24th 2010. Full details for both online and phone applications are to be announced shortly, however applicants can make initial enquiries on 0800 512 012 or through the www.energysavingtrust.org.uk.
Glow-worm complimentary promotions
As a result of this, we are extending our complimentary promotions of one year’s additional warranty for the end-user and double Club Energy points for installers to those qualifying end-users on the Welsh and Scottish scrappage schemes.

If you are an installer please registers the boiler purchase as normal by sending your invoice to Club Energy. The double points will then be automatically be added to your Club Energy member's account when this boiler is installed under the Boiler Scrappage Scheme and the end user returns their completed boiler scrappage voucher.
