HHIC Guidance on condensate drainage pipe installation

During the cold winter spells in 2010 this has resulted in a significant increase in the number of calls to installers from households with condensing boilers where the condensate pipe has frozen. This causes temporary boiler shut down. As we are most likely to experience more extreme weather view guideance on these problems from the Heating & Hotwater Industry Council.
