    Glow-worm’s twin coil cylinder has one coil which heats water using power from the boiler and the second coil which heats water using energy from a solar panel. Whether you are installing a solar system now or simply preparing for the future, Glow-worm twin coil cylinders are fully compatible with any open vent or sealed system boiler and fit easily through any standard airing cupboard door.

    Special construction of the coils inside the cylinder ensures that the top 2/3 of the cylinder is heated first enabling high volumes of hot water to be delivered on demand and the thermostatic mixing valve mix cold water into the solar heated water to achieve the required temperature for safewater usage.
