If you experience a problem with your Glow-worm boiler, you can get a hassle free, fixed price repair, and for added peace of mind following the repair you can also benefit from Boiler Breakdown Cover*, subject to eligibility.

• A one off repair at a fixed rate, which can be spread over quarterly instalments, when taken with Boiler Breakdown Cover
• All call-out, VAT, labour and genuine parts for your Glow-worm boiler, included in the fixed price
• A nationwide network of Glow-worm Gas Safe registered engineers with the expertise and knowledge of your boiler model
• A confirmed appointment time, convenient to you
• Protection against boiler breakdowns following the repair, when taken with Boiler Breakdown Cover

You can rely on Boiler Breakdown Cover to provide:

• No bills and no claims limit with call-out, VAT, labour and genuine Glow-worm parts included and no limit to the number or value of claims (providing your boiler can still be economically repaired)
• FREE 24 hour emergency hotline for boiler breakdowns – 364 days a year (closed on Christmas Day)
• No claim forms to complete
• A 12 point annual service carried out by a Glow-worm Gas Safe registered engineer, to check on your boiler’s safety and efficiency, with 3 or 5 star cover only

Regular servicing may reduce the risk of a breakdown and may also help to prolong the life of your boiler. At Glow-worm we understand the importance of regular servicing to ensure you boiler is safe and performing at peak efficiency. The annual service will usually be carried out during a weekday in Spring or Autumn.

For cover taken out after the expiry of your free guarantee, there is an initial 28 day period when you cannot make a claim, giving you 11 months of cover in your first year. If you take out cover during your free guarantee it will begin immediately following your guarantee expiry. Prices include all fees and Insurance Premium Tax (IPT).
