All Ultracom, Flexicom, Betacom a and Ultrapower appliances come complete with a 2 year parts and 2 year labour warranty*. All other appliances have a 2 years parts and 1 year labour warranty unless specified otherwise.

• Available on the Ultracom, Flexicom and Ultrapower ranges from 1st June 2008

*3, 4 and 5 year extended warranties available.

From 1st September - 31st December 2011 all Ultracom and Flexicom appliances installed by a Glow-worm Club Energy installer and or appliances purchased from a City Plumbing and Travis Perkins merchant will receive a free 5 year warranty (terms and conditions apply).

Glow-worm installers can provide their customers with 3, 4 and 5 year extended parts and labour warranties on all Glow-worm High Efficiency appliances.
