What I love most about working for Glow-worm is the support I receive from the company along with the high level of support I can provide for my installers. Being trusted by the trade for over 90 Years it a great achievement and I’m thrilled to be a part of it!

What is your favourite Glow-worm product and why?

My favourite part of the Glow-worm products is the Energy Boiler.

Every aspect of the boiler is easily accessible to the installer from the heat plate exchanger to the PRV you name it you can access it. Perfect for our installers servicing our product. Even having a rear or top exit flue!

How did you get into the industry?

I started out my career in the industry from a training perspective, providing product training and support to Glow-worm installers. Eventually moving into an Area sales manager role.

With every Glow-worm product our Installers purchase/install, they will receive easily accessible support from product experts, technical advisors and Area Sales Managers. Whether it be advice on an install, a query about a spare part or support for your business we’re here for you!

What are your hobbies and interests?

My hobbies include rock climbing, going to the gym and scenic walks.
