What do you like most about working for Glow-worm?

I look after both Glow-worm and Vaillant branded products, having the Glow-worm brand to offer installers and homeowners who may be on a budget is a huge benefit, a quality product manufactured in Britain and backed up by Vaillant Group Service. There is also the option of a 10 year warranty makes it the perfect ‘value for money’ product especially in the current climate where peoples income may be squeezed.

What is your favourite Glow-worm product and why?

The Energy range offers flexibility with a product for all applications, value for money and a solution to most requirements.

How did you get into the industry?

I joined the industry having left professional football at the age of 23 and started working for a dear friend in the heating spares sector before moving into selling boilers, initially oil boilers then across to gas boilers.

Why should installers choose a Glow-worm product over others in the market?

As previously mentioned, the Energy range offers all the benefits of a market leading product, and the Glow-worm brand is a well known and trusted British brand name. My favourite feature on the Energy boiler is the ease in which installers and service engineers can work on the unit during its annual service, unlike some competitors.

Where you need to remove half the boiler to get certain components, installers comment a lot to me at trade events the reason for fitting Glow-worm Energy’s is ‘cost, size, ease of install and back-up’.

What are your hobbies and interests?

Having been in professional football I still have a keen interest and follow my boyhood club, Manchester City though living in the Anglia area I often pop along to Stockport County, Rochdale and Oldham games when they are down South. I’m also an equestrian and in 2024 successfully competed in 14 dressage competitions which resulted in 5 wins.
