The customer's old boiler,—previously installed by Raw Heat, needed replacing as it had reached the end of its life expectancy and was experiencing various issues, with pressure being the main concern. The customer enquired about warranties and asked for recommendations on a suitable replacement boiler from their installer. As an established Glow-worm installer, Raw Heat recommended a Glow-worm product, which had their “act now save money" promotional offer on at the time, allowing the customer to save money.

The customer decided to have Raw Heat install a Glow-worm Energy₇. At that time, Raw Heat was running an "Act Now, Save Money" campaign, which resulted in significant savings for the customer. The customer was very pleased with the installation and the support provided afterwards.

The Glow-worm support team followed up with a customer care call seven days after the installation. Additionally, since the product was registered on Club Energy, the customer received an extended warranty and a reminder for annual servicing.
