What do you like most about working for Glow-worm?

I enjoy meeting new customers and seeing them grow their business by fitting our boilers. I also like dealing with existing installers and merchants, and generating new business opportunities.

What is your favourite Glow-worm product and why?

The Energy Boiler as it is very small but packs a punch!

How did you get into the industry?

Started working in the plumbing merchants, working in the warehouse and driving. Worked my way up to assistant manager then got promoted to a branch managers role, I left the plumbing merchants back in 2007 and went to work as an ASM (Area Sales Manager). I have worked in field sales since then for a few different manufacturers.

What service and support will installers receive when they buy a Glow-worm product

The back up via our sales and marketing team and service is very good. We have over 400 service engineers on the road, and we offer a quick response. Installers will receive points and cash benefits by registering their products on our rewards scheme called Club Energy.

What are your hobbies and interests?

I am a keen golfer, I like going to the gym, and a season ticket holder watching my football team, Huddersfield Town.
