What do you like most about working for Glow-worm?

The people, internally and customers, brand Identity and its position within the market place.

What is your favourite Glow-worm product and why?

Its got to be the Energy30C with its small footprint and optional rear flue meaning it fits where others can’t.

How did you get into the industry?

I started on a YTS scheme straight from school and worked my way up the ladder before getting the call to work for a boiler manufacturer.

What service and support will installers receive when they buy a Glow-worm product?

We like to make the customer, both end user and installer feel important to the business and with the use of Club Energy direct lines they get to feel like VIPs with every interaction from sales to service to technical.

What are your hobbies and interests?

I have always had hobbies and kept myself busy with a Black Belt in Karate and Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award. I’ve loved the outdoor life but as I’m getting older my past times include painting and playing with model soldiers and trying to get my golf handicap down.
