What do you like most about working for Glow-worm?

Working on the road for Glow-worm gives me the opportunity to engage with their diverse customers and markets all across the South East. With our focus on excellent customer service it gives me the satisfaction of working for a company that genuinely values its customers and their needs.

What is your favourite Glow-worm product and why?

My favourite product is the Energy Boiler range, with its compact design and choice of top or rear flue it really does tick all the boxes! How did you get into the industry?

I started my career on the counter 13 years ago at Plumbase, in my time with the company I took on various roles with UKPS ranging from Counter Salesman, Business Development and Branch Management for both Plumbase and HPS.

This is where I developed my knowledge for the heating industry and my passion for customer service before I was approached by Glow-worm and given the opportunity to take my skills on the road and haven’t looked back since!

What do you feel best represents Glow-worm as brand?

Glow-worm has over 90 years of experience in the heating industry and is recognised for its reliability and efficient products. We are also backed by Vaillant Group which gives us the benefits of being supported and the resources of a global leader in heating and renewable energy solutions.

What I believe represents Glow-worm best is its proud British Heritage. Starting in Derbyshire in 1934 they have continued to be proud of their British Heritage and having our products bear an officially licensed mark that recognises that our products are British made are just one of the many reasons we stay committed to keeping Britain’s homes glowing.

What are your hobbies and interests?

In my spare time I’m either found on the South downs walking my dog or most likely on the golf course, I’m a member of Worthing Golf Club where I’m currently playing to a 7 handicap.
