What is your favourite Glow-worm product and why?

I really like the MiSet control, it is very simple to use with a clear screen for all. Sleek in design and with semi touch screen interface all whilst it modulates your Glow-worm boiler for best performance.

How did you get into the industry?

After being in the submarine service, I wanted to get into a trade and what’s better than plumbing and heating. Always learning new things and technologies changing to make a better future for not only a homeowner but for the environment. Became an Area Sales Manager because I wanted to experience and try the other side of the boiler world, knowing what goes into every process and hopefully spreading the great name of Glow-worm.

What are your hobbies and interests?

All things football, American football and baseball. I referee football. Love spending time with my family and watching movies.
