What is your favourite Glow-worm product and why?

The Energy Combi Boiler is by far my favourite product because it embodies everything Glow-worm stands for—efficiency, sustainability, and innovation. How did you get into the industry?

I’ve been in the heating industry for 10 years, and my journey started with a passion for technical solutions and customer service. Initially, I started in sales as I have always had a passion in helping others and my geek side loves new technologies and knowing how things work, little was I to know that with training and experience it can be enhanced, honed and weaponised into a career! Over the years, my interest in heating technologies, home energy efficiency and sustainable solutions grew, leading me to my current role with Glow-worm. I was drawn to the opportunity to work with a company that prioritises innovation and industry leading customer support—values that resonate with my own. Now, as a Area Sales Manager, I’m proud to be part of a team that makes a real difference in homes and businesses within my region.

What service and support will installers receive when they buy a Glow-worm product

At Glow-worm, we provide installers with an extensive support network, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to install and maintain our products effectively. From detailed product training in our centres of excellence to our dedicated technical support phone teams we show our dedication to customer service, we strive to make an installer’s job as seamless as possible. Personally, I’m always available to all my installers to answer any questions, offer guidance, and provide advice on the best solutions for their homeowners. We also offer comprehensive warranty options and proactive service reminders, ensuring installers can give their customers peace of mind and confidence in the longevity of their Glow-worm products. Our goal is to foster strong, long-term relationships with installers, built on trust and mutual support.

What are your hobbies and interests?

Outside of work, I’m an avid theatre and culture vulture. You can often find me in London catching a West-end show, a play or the occasional opera. If you ever want a review on a show I’m well worth a call as it’s likely I’ve seen it! I’m also passionate about home improvement projects—whether it’s upgrading my own heating system, working on small DIY tasks or trying my hand at gardening. Additionally, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, whether it’s over a weekend barbecue or taking a short getaway. Balancing work with these hobbies keeps me grounded and energized, allowing me to bring my best to both my personal and professional life.
