Feedback, questions or concerns

If you would like to submit any query, security concern or feedback, please use the ‘send feedback’ function in the app.

To access the ‘send feedback’ function, select settings in the bottom left of the app screen and you will see ‘send feedback’ toward the bottom of the screen.

Once your message has been raised, our app support team will reply and update you by email. Replies will be sent to the email address used to set up the MiGo Link account.

 

Where can I set my password and what are the password requirements for the MiGo Link app?

A password for the MiGo Link app must contain at least 1 of each: an upper-case letter, lower-case letter, numerical digit and a special character. The password will be set as part of creating your MiGo Link account.

App release 3.0

Dear MiGo Link app user, the version 3.0 release is now available.

We've been listening to your feedback, and this major update brings significant improvements to make the app even more intuitive and user-friendly.

Revamped Navigation – We've redesigned the navigation throughout the app, introducing a new burger menu and card-based layout to help you find key functions much faster and more easily.

Quick Access – Access frequently used features instantly with our new Quick Access shortcuts.

A guided tour will walk you through this update when you start it for the first time.
